Information available from Bisley Parish Council under the Model Publication Scheme
The accompanying publication scheme is based on a template document from the SLCC, I updated it recently following a review of its contents,
subsequent legislation passed, and guidance issued by the Information Commissioners Office, since its creation by a previous Clerk.
The Parish Council uses the following methods to make the information available:
– On the Council’s website www.bisleyparishcouncil.gov.uk
– By email, upon request to the Parish Clerk at clerk@bisleyparishcouncil.gov.uk
– A paper copy, upon request to the Parish Clerk at clerk@bisleyparishcouncil.gov.uk or at Bisley Parish Pavilion, Pavilion Lane, Off Shaftesbury
Road, GU24 9EN
Physical inspection, upon request and subject to prior arrangements with the Parish Clerk.
Requested information will be made available unless:
Bisley Parish Council does not hold the information.
The information is readily and publicly available from an external website; such information may have been provided by the public authority or on
its behalf. The authority must provide a direct link to that information.
The information is exempt under one of the FOIA exemptions or Environmental Information Regulations (2004) exceptions, or its release is
prohibited by another statute.
The information is archived, out of date or otherwise inaccessible; or it would be impractical or resource-intensive to prepare the material for

SCHEDULE OF CHARGES
This describes how the charges have been arrived at and should be published as part of the guide.
i) One copy of any available document will be supplied free of charge to any resident within the Parish of Bisley
ii) Multiple copies of any available document will be supplied to any resident within the Parish of Bisley on payment of the actual
costs of copying and postage.
iii) Any single copy of any available document, or multiple copies of the same, will only be provided to any resident outside of the
Parish of Bisley, or to any Company or Corporate body, on a payment of a sum not exceeding £25.00 for administrative
expenses plus the actual cost of copying and postage.
