(a) Remembrance Sunday
To RECEIVE a final update on arrangements for this year’s event on Sunday 10th
November
(b) Cricket wicket
To REVIEW the Clerks report into funding options available to improve the cricket
wicket and to DETERMINE how to proceed.
(c) VE80
To DEBATE the Clerks report regarding organisational details for the national
celebrations for VE80 (Victory in Europe) and AGREE what action to take.
(d) Scouts shooting activities
To APPROVE the request from the Scouts to undertake shooting activities in the Hut.
6. ADMINISTRATION / FINANCE
(a) Handyperson provision
To RECEIVE a verbal update from the Human Resources Committee on the proposed
changes to the handyperson provision for Bisley.
(b) Councillor Balance Scorecard
To NOTE progress made since the last review six months ago, on Councillor priorities
for the current administration.
(c) Nationwide 95-day access saver account
To NOTE the Clerks verbal update on progress made with updating the account details
(d) Policy review and adoption
To REVIEW and APPROVE or make any amendments necessary to the following
Council policies:
i) Retention and disposal
ii) Model publication scheme
iii) Sickness – new
iv) Disciplinary and grievance – new
v) Training and development – new
vi) Emergency and dependants leave – new
vii)Annual leave – new
(d) Payment of Accounts and Financial Statement
To NOTE the financial position on 31
st October 2024, to APPROVE the payments and
AUTHORISE the signing of cheques.
