3. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING– to AGREE the minutes of the Meeting of the Council
held on Monday 2
nd December 2024 and the meeting of the Human Resources Committee
held on Wednesday 27th November 2024.

5. DECISIONS MADE BETWEEN MEETINGS
(a) British Gas tariff
To NOTE the renewal of the gas supply for the pavilion on a one-year fixed term tariff
6. RECREATION, PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT
(a) ROWIP consultation response
To DISCUSS and AGREE Councils response to the Surrey County Council consultation
on the Rights of Way Improvement Programme.
(b) Play space repairs
To REVIEW the quotation received from HAGS for the repairs required at the play space
at Pilgrims Way – this includes the replacement of one of the swing seats as spare parts
are not available and DECIDE if further action is required at this stage.
(c) Planning update
To NOTE the update received from the Society of Local Council Clerks outlining the
changes made to the National Planning Policy Framework.
7. ADMINISTRATION / FINANCE
(a) Precept 2025/6
Following confirmation of the tax base of 1672.5 for Bisley in 2025/26, the recent review
of the budget calculations and taking on board the government’s decision to increase
the employers’ national insurance contribution and the possible funding required for the
churchyard extension, you DETERMINE the precept requirement for 2025/26.
(b) Policy review and adoption
To REVIEW and APPROVE or make any amendments necessary to the following
Council policies:
i) Annual Leave – amended
ii) Sickness – amended
iii) Anti bullying and harassment – new
(c) Millenium Clock
To CONSIDER the quotations received from Smiths of Derby for the renewal of the
maintenance contract for the Millenium Clock and to DECIDE how to proceed.
(d) Strawberry Fayre
To CONSIDER the request from the Strawberry Fayre Committee to hold the event free
of charge on the Village Green on Sunday 29th June 2025.
(e) Annual Parish meeting
To DISCUSS details for the Annual Parish Meeting on Friday 7th March 2025 and
AGREE the format.
(f) Annual Council Meeting
To NOTE that the first Monday in May 2025 is a Bank Holiday and to DECIDE when to
hold the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.
(g) Payment of Accounts and Financial Statement
To NOTE the financial position on 31st December 2024, to APPROVE the payments
and AUTHORISE the signing of cheques.
(h) Bank reconciliation and expenditure and income
To NOTE the bank reconciliation as of 31st December 2024 and expenditure and
income for April to December 2024.
