a) Floodlights on the recreation ground
To REVIEW the electrical report from Pirbright Electrical and to DETERMINE what
action to take.
b) Bisley Book Exchange
To CONSIDER the quotation received from Phil Lamy to paint the book exchange at
Clews Lane and DECIDE whether to go ahead.
c) Pavilion Lane
To REVIEW the attached photos of Pavilion Lane and DECIDE what action to take
regarding the potholes.
d) Millers Circus
To CONSIDER the request from Jay Millers Circus to return to the Village Green for
either week commencing 9
th or 16th September 2024.
e) Surrey County Council Rights of Way Improvement Plan
To REVIEW and DECIDE a response to the consultation issued by SCC.
6. ADMINISTRATION / FINANCE
(a) Annual Parish Assembly
To AGREE a date for the annual parish meeting
(b) Document reviews
To REVIEW and adopt the following documents:
i) Management Risk Assessment
ii) Biodiversity policy
(c) Payment of Accounts and Financial Statement
i) To NOTE the financial position on 31st December, to APPROVE the payments
and AUTHORISE the signing of cheques.
ii) Precept 2024/5 – following confirmation of the tax base, the Precept for 2024/5
be APPROVED at £95, 185 – reflecting a 3% reduction of Band D
(d) Bank reconciliation and expenditure and income
To NOTE the bank reconciliation as of 31st December 2023 and expenditure and
income for April to December 2023.
