held on Monday 8

4. DECISIONS BETWEEN MEETINGS
To NOTE the decision made to accept the quotation from Pirbright Electrical to supply
the missing cover plate for the lighting column at the enclosure.

6. RECREATION, PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT
(a) Planning application
To CONSIDER the following planning application:
23/1265/FFU Scotts Farm, Scotts Grove Road, Chobham GU24 8DP.
Erection of replacement dwellinghouse with basement following demolition of
existing dwellinghouse and 2 no. outbuildings.
Please note that this property is situated in Bisley Detached
(b) Update on the Scout Hut
i) To DISCUSS the quotation received from Wellers Hedleys to undertake legal
work required to extend the lease of the Scout Hut.
ii) To RECEIVE an update from the Scouts regarding the Hut and DETERMINE
how to proceed.
(c) Surrey Wildlife Trust
To CONSIDER the attached quotation for Surrey Wildlife Trust to undertake a
health assessment of the ponds on the village green and recreation ground.
(d) Pavilion Lane
To CONSIDER quotations for carrying out the repairs necessary to the area of
Pavilion Lane that fall within the lease of Bisley Parish Council.
(e) SHBC car park in Shaftesbury Road
To NOTE the suggested upgrades for the car park outlined in the draft proposed
parking strategy to be discussed at the Borough Performance and Finance Scrutiny
committee meeting on January 24th
.
(f) SHBC Planning Policy Consultation
To REVIEW the consultation documents and DETERMINE the response required.
7. ADMINISTRATION / FINANCE
(a) Policy reviews
To REVIEW and adopt the following documents:
i) Equality and Diversity policy.
ii) Privacy policy.
(b) Strawberry Fayre
To CONSIDER the request from the Strawberry Fayre committee to hold this year’s
event on the Village Green on Sunday 23rd June 2024.
(c) April and May Council meetings
To NOTE that due to Bank Holidays, the Council meetings scheduled for April 8th &
May 13th will take place in the Pavilion due to non-availability of the Jubilee Hall.
(d) Donations
To CONSIDER making donations towards the following organisations:
i) Bisley WI for expenses incurred for Remembrance Day.
ii) Teas on the Rec for set up costs for the upcoming season.
iii) Bisley Residents Association for production and distribution of “Your Bisley”
(e) Payment of Accounts and Financial Statement
To NOTE the financial position on 31st January, to APPROVE the payments and
AUTHORISE the signing of cheques
