1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS by Councillors on any of the agenda items.
3. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS– to AGREE the minutes of the Meeting of the Council
held on Monday 4
th November 2024 and the Meeting of the Human Resources Committee
held on Friday 1st November 2024.
4. REPORTS FROM BOROUGH AND COUNTY COUNCILLORS, CLERK AND RFO
5. RECREATION, PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT
(a) Remembrance Sunday
i) To REVIEW feedback received from the Remembrance Sunday event and DECIDE if
any response is required.
ii) To CONSIDER donating to Bisley Women’s Institute for their assistance in providing
refreshments on Remembrance Sunday.
(b) The extension of Bisley Churchyard
To DISCUSS the request from the Rector for financial assistance with the proposed
extension of the churchyard at Bisley church, following the closure of the churchyard at
West End and DECIDE what action to take.
6. ADMINISTRATION / FINANCE
(a) Allotments
i) To DISCUSS the request from Bisley Consolidated Charities for a member of the
Parish Council to consider becoming Treasurer of the charity and DETERMINE if any
action is required.
ii) To DISCUSS the Clerks report regarding the status of the allotments and
DETERMINE how to proceed.
(b) National salary award 2024/2025
To REVIEW the RFO’s report on the newly published salary scales (backdated to 1st
April 2024) and DETERMINE how Council wishes to proceed. To also CONSIDER the
impact on the draft budget for 2025/26.
(c) Banking update
i)To NOTE the report from the Clerk regarding the mandate from Nationwide Building
Society.
ii)To REVIEW the report from the RFO regarding the changes to the Lloyds Treasurers
Bank Account and the new charges applicable from January 2025 and DECIDE what
action to take.
(d) Payment of Accounts and Financial Statement
To NOTE the financial position on 30
th November 2024, to APPROVE the payments and
AUTHORISE the signing of cheques.
